Loanzon Sheikh LLC was established in 2009 in a merger of complementary law practices of Tristan C. Loanzon and Umar A. Sheikh.

Tristan C. Loanzon worked at large law firms in Washington, D.C. and New York after graduating from Georgetown University Law Center and Northwestern University Law School, where he served as Articles Editor of the Law Review.  Tristan resides in New York City, and is admitted to practice before the States of New York and California, and the District of Columbia.

Umar A. Sheikh graduated from Brooklyn Law School and worked for general practice firms in New York and an intellectual property boutique in New Jersey.  Umar was raised in New York City, resides in New Jersey, and is admitted to practice law before the States of New York and New Jersey.

Arshiya M. Fyazi received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.  Prior to joining the firm, Arshiya worked at mid-size and large firms specializing in insurance defense litigation and commercial litigation.  She is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey.  Arshiya is Of Counsel to the firm.

Katherine K. Loanzon received her J.D. from the City University School of Law at Queens College.  Prior to joining the firm, Katherine worked at small and mid-size law firms specializing in personal injury, medical malpractice, and insurance defense litigation.  She is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey.  Katherine is Of Counsel to the firm.

Misha M. Wright is a graduate of University of Minnesota Law School and Wellesley College.  After law school, she worked as law clerk to a district court judge in Minneapolis.  She is admitted to practice law in New York.

Jingli Jiang received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and LLB from Nanjing University School of Law in China.  She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.  Jingli is Of Counsel to the firm.
