Loanzon Sheikh LLC was established in 2009 in a merger of complementary law practices of Tristan C. Loanzon and Umar A. Sheikh.

Our respective law firms had been responsible for providing outstanding legal advice to individuals, small- and medium-sized corporations. We assist in helping individuals and emerging companies in corporate counseling, litigation, and dispute resolution in state and federal courts. Our clients particularly value our ability to deliver creative and effective legal solutions to daily business issues and litigation needs.

Tristan C. Loanzon worked at large law firms in Washington, D.C. and New York after graduating from Georgetown University Law Center and Northwestern University Law School, where he served as Articles Editor of the Law Review.  Tristan resides in New York City, and is admitted to practice before the States of New York and California, and the District of Columbia.

Umar A. Sheikh graduated from Brooklyn Law School and worked for general practice firms in New York and an intellectual property boutique in New Jersey.  Umar was raised in New York City, resides in New Jersey, and is admitted to practice law before the States of New York and New Jersey. 

They both bring practical experience, thoroughness, and client-centered approach to any litigation or transaction.
